Pre-Insulated Pipe System
POLY-THERM is a pre-insulated pipe system fabricated with tough fiberglass reinforced (FRP) outer jacket and void-free polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam insulation. POLY-THERM’s FRP jacket provides a seamless waterproof jacket protecting against corrosion under insulation while delivering maximum thermal efficiency and optimum performance from DHC and thermal distribution systems to the most demanding applications, such as cryogenic, LNG, and LPG.
For projects requiring ASTM E-84 Class 1 requirements, POLY-THERM® offers a non-flammable outer jacket material to meet fire retardancy (flame & smoke) performance.
The outer jacket’s standard color is available in white or black. Also, available in any color; ask PERMA-PIPE for more information.
