COPPER-GARD™ is a cost effect, quick installation factory preinsulated piping system for hot and chilled water, condensate and domestic water distribution. The system is provided with an o-ring coupling for the field joints. All thermal expansion of the carrier pipe are taken up within the o-ring coupling. The system is supplied in 20 foot lengths of type K, L or cleaned and capped copper pipe. All fittings are supplied by installing contractor. All fittings require a concrete thrust block poured around each change in direction. Pipe sizes are from 3/4" to 6". Field joints are insulated by design.
Temp Range: 32ºF to 250ºF based on carrier selected
Max Pressure: 150 PSIG
