QUIK-THERM™ is the right choice for below grade chilled water systems. Made of high density polyethylene carrier pipe and outer jacket, the pipe is insulated with a low k-factor polyurethane foam insulation. The field joints consist of a fusion welding process that seals the carrier pipe and outer jacket simultaneously. Minimizing field labor, QUIK-THERM™ provides a system that is completely maintenance free. This system does not require thrust blocks at changes in direction, typical with outer thermal plastic system used for chilled water, which provides installation cost savings.
